En el día de hoy se conocieron los nominados a los Globo de Oro, los premios estadounidenses que reconocen lo mejor del cine y la televisión cada año.
La película con más nominaciones (10) es Emilia Perez, la cinta dirigida por Jacques Audiard y protagonizada por Karla Sofía Gascón, Zoe Saldaña, Selena Gómez. Por su parte, la serie más nominada es The Bear (5), que este año estrenó su tercera temporada y promete seguir arrasando.
Las más nominadas del cine
A la mencionada Emilia Perez le siguieron The Brutalist (película de Brady Corbet con Adrien Brody que obtuvo siete nominaciones), Cónclave (film con Ralph Fiennes que se llevó seis candidaturas) y empatadas con cinco Anora y La sustancia (uno de los fenómenos del año que formó parte de nuestra lista de las 25 mejores películas del 2024).
En la categoría principal de Mejor comedia o musical compiten Anora, Challengers, Emilia Pérez, A Real Pain, La sustancia y Wicked. Por su parte, en Mejor drama están The Brutalist, A Complete Unknown, Cónclave, Dune: Part Two, Nickel Boys y September 5.
Las más nominadas de la televisión
Por el lado de las series, la más nominada fue la mencionada The Bear con cinco. A ella le siguieron con cuatro candidaturas Only Murders in the Building (que este año lanzó su cuarta temporada) y Shogun (serie épica disponible en Disney+).
En la categoría de Mejor serie de drama aparecen The Diplomat, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Shogun, El juego del calamar, Slow Horses y Chacal. Por su parte, en Mejor serie de comedia o musical compiten Abbott Elementary, The Bear, The Gentlemen, Hacks, Nadie quiere esto y Only Murders in the Building.
Por el lado de las miniseries, la exitosa Bebé reno de Netflix compite en la máxima categoría junto a la aclamada Disclaimer, la polémica Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, la popular The Penguin, Ripley y True Detective: Night Country.
